Learn to fly at Redhill in Surrey! Harvard Aviation offer a full range of flight training and flying experiences. We have many options whether you are an experienced pilot wanting to hire an aircraft for the weekend, extend your PPL to include an IMC rating or if you are looking to take the controls of an airplane for the very first time.

FNTPII Simulator

Harvard Aviation are pleased to announce that their Frasca FNTPII is now approved. Our approval number is HVD-97

We can now offer simulator training for the following:

• Upto 5 hours towards the IMC
• Upto 5 hours towards the PPL
• IR renewal

Although flying is a serious business with high safety standards, governed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), flying at Harvard Aviation brings lots of fun and enjoyment too.

At Harvard Aviation, hospitality is something we take very seriously. We have a comfortable lounge area where refreshments are available. Students are encouraged to relax and get to know their peers and instructors. Taking your first steps into an unknown environment can be a daunting experience. Why not just come along and have a coffee, and soak up the atmosphere? There is always someone about to have a chat with.

Our Aircraft

We have a fleet of Cessna 152 and 172 aircraft which are used for training, other types (Piper PA28-161 for example) can be made available at special request. All our aircraft are serviced and maintained on site at Redhill. More information on our aircraft is available on the Our Aircraft page.
